Step 1. Use Google forms to create a 5 item multiple choice quiz for one of your lessons.
Step 2. Add links to learning material for the quiz responses.
Step 3. Send me a copy of the quiz to take.
Ste[p 4. Embed the quiz on a separate page on your blog and display the page in the top tool bar.
